Rowan Mac Donnell was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. Rowan completed High School in Freiburg, Germany, where he studied English and Modern History at the local Albert-Ludwigs University.

In 1999, Rowan immigrated to the U.S., and began working as a Financial Manager (pursuant to H-1B status) in a renowned Coral Gables Immigration and Naturalization law firm. He gradually acquired a special talent for handling employment and family-based immigration applications, and has now has amassed more than 12 years experience in the preparation and processing of Nonimmigrant Visa (NIV) applications (B, E, F, H, I, J, K*, L, P, and O), Immigrant Visa (IV) applications (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5), and PERM-Labor Certification.

Rowan graduated from Barry University (Miami Shores) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. He will commence law school in August 2013. He is a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal (FRP), and a NALA Certified Paralegal (CP). Rowan speaks English, German, Spanish and currently working on his fourth language – Portuguese.
