Katherine Ortiz is a certified Paralegal who has graduated from Florida International University in August, 1997. She has 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate closings which includes but not limited to the execution of contracts, due diligence procedures, examining title, clearing title requirements, working with buyers, sellers, lenders and attorney’s toward the closing, facilitate closings in excess of $750,000,000.00 and issued title insurance policy’s with major underwriters such as Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc., and Lawyer’s Title Insurance Corp. Katherine Ortiz has been a part of the firm since February 2008. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
